We wanted to optimize our own lives, so we set out to become experts on flow.

HERE’S WHAT WE KNOW: 

You are hardwired to be in a flow state. You can CHOOSE to set yourself up to achieve it more consistently. Like us, you can harness your focus, dominate your distractors, engage your strengths, and create effective routines

You can hack your own habits to establish a flow state more consistently over time. 

You can get into a flow state on demand when you work, when you present, when you compete, when you workout… you get the picture!

We put all of our research and experience together into one place for you. Our FLOW Formula is the blueprint you need. It's not like anything else out there, because we combined textbook knowledge with our personal experiences as athletes and entrepreneurs. 

In just 6 weeks you will:

  • Learn the 4 fundamental ingredients for flow, learning what living and working in flow will accomplish for you
  • Increase your awareness of what motivates you and what stands in your way, and develop mindful strategies to overcome flow barriers
  • Establish and connect to your purpose for WHY you do what you do
  • Learn how to apply specific strategies to achieve flow in your work, life, and fitness routines 
  • Become confident and ready to take on any challenge and by leveraging and engaging your personal strengths 
  • Get gritty with understanding WHY mistakes are necessary for growth and finding opportunities to GROW 
  • Learn how to apply a challenge mindset, which helps you transform obstacles into opportunities
  • Solidify routine systems that support your work toward flow 
  • Learn how to shut off that inner critic, use less of your brain (WHAT?!) to produce serious progress

  • Modules 1 & 2: Focus
    • You will learn the basics of flow and how to hack it

    • You’ll learn what’s really going on in your brain in flow (total hormone happiness ready to be hacked!)

    • You’ll learn about focus and how awareness is at the root of all the progress you’ll make

    • By the end of these modules, you know what you want to focus on, and when and how to handle your typical distractions and flow blockers

    Module 3: Leverage Strengths

    • You’ll learn why confidence is your new superpower and how it affects decision-making and output

    • You’ll learn how to identify your strengths and pair them with your task challenges to facilitate and empowered flow state

    Module 4: Observe Opportunities

    • You’ll learn why you need a challenge mindset and how this mindset shift supports flow and overall optimization 

    • You’ll understand how to shift your perceived obstacles into growth opportunities, triggering your flow state

    Module 5: Work 

    • You’ll wrap up with putting it to work; making sure you have the systems in place to sustain the flow foundation you laid throughout the program
