Team and group sessions give us the opportunity to work with the whole team unit, working together to enhance strengths, improve weaknesses, and engage in customized mental toughness training.
Every athlete is unique and has her own objectives and needs. Individual sessions are the most targeted mental training you can get.
Some performers have a packed schedule and just want some guidance for how to work mental skills into their repertoire. We’ll create a customized performance plan for you.
Psychology is abstract. Assessments help us quantify our work and make progress visible. We offer self-reflective assessments to chart progress over time.
Observing practices and games gives us significant insight into the ins and outs of your team. We’ll watch you in action and give you our expert feedback.
